If you have not presented your principal with an enrolment form for your child, you must legally complete one to consent to your child participating in our classes. Please either print out the form and hand it to the principal on the next class, or simply fill out the form in (Word Doc) and e-mail it back to your principal. Please include a date of enrolment or date of form completion and ensure that the agreed fees have been paid by the next lesson to ensure your child is fully insured.
