All David Ross Acting Academy Principals conform to the The 1998 Data Protection Act.

PHOTOGRAPHS VIDEOS & DVD’S

During the activities at each Academy, the Principal, tutors and or approved representatives of the academy may, for prosperity, marketing, advertising and record keeping purposes have occasion to store digital photographs taken during classes and/or stage performances.

These photographs are to be used only in the publication of printed marketing materials and promotional items pertaining to the activities of the Academy.

The copyright of all photographs shall be retained by The David Ross Acting Academy.

Where such photographs are used in the publication of The David Ross Acting Academy Web Sites, the photographs will be safeguarded against fraudulent use, copying or download, by encrypted protection.

Parents are asked for consent to these activities their on their Enrollment form. If they DO NOT agree to the use of photographs of their children being used as described above, this needs to be highlighted in both written and verbal form.

Every representative of the school must subscribe to this policy at all times.
